Each item is unique and handmade to order. For a dry flowers bouquet there will be rendom select from florist and the flowers mix will be different to the photo.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com or phone 021-0619308
Please be aware that all our bouquets leave our shop in immaculate condition. If you believe your flowers were received in an unacceptable quality, please phone 021-0619308 to discuss. We will require a photo of the bouquet as they were received at the time of delivery. If we believe your bouquet have been mistreated along the way, we will take it up with our couriers and arrange a replacement bouquet to the same value.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Due to the nature of our dried products they can be f fragile and sometimes there can be damage in the post. We don’t take any responsibility for any damage that may occur while traveling in the post. However we will try our best to package as safe as we can and get your flowers to you safely.
