Please be aware that all our product leave our shop in immaculate condition. If you believe your product were received in an unacceptable quality, please phone 021-0619308 to discuss. We will require a photo of the product as they were received at the time of delivery. If we believe your product have been mistreated along the way, we will take it up with our couriers and arrange a replacement bouquet to the same value.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
